While following the CDTA syllabus, Abby began her teaching journey as a teacher’s assistant in 2015 at En Pointe and started teaching her own classes in 2018. In September 2020, Abby co-created the MSVU Dance Team. She also received the ‘Game Changer Award' from MSVU in 2020, recognizing her hard work towards the establishment of the MSVU Dance Team. In June 2016, Abby was presented the ‘Dedication to Dance Award’ from Elle Dance Academy for her outstanding commitment to the art of dance. In her teachings, Abby strives to provide a positive atmosphere for her students; granting children the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment. While supporting children’s curious nature, Abby hopes to inspire each of her students through her teachings.
